For my typographic self-portrait I used random letters, so that the person who looks at it isn't wasting time reading the words but rather looks at the portrait itself.
The letters are bigger on larger lines originally and smaller where there's more detail.

CD Cover
style of music: rock
I tryed to make the CD cover look simple but intersting at the same time.
It looks a bit depressing and leaves a person thinking. I used black and white font, because the picture itself is balck and white. If a added a colour here, i think it wouldn't look as good.
style of music: country
Again, i tryed to make the CD cover look simple but interesting. I used white font on darked background and black font on lighter background, to balance it out. The singers name is in white on dark background in big letters, so that his name stands out. And its the first thing you see when you look at the CD cover.

Principles of Design
I've placed the boxes of principles of design in the shape of letter M and the writing part as a letter W, to make the whole image look balanced and even.
I didn't use bright colour, because i didnt want the shapes to stand out to much. So i used dark red, light green and light blue. I've placed the name of the principle of design right on top of the image, in black, so that you see what it is called right away.

Elements of Design
The writing under each element of design is shaped in letter W, there weren't alot to write about the element so I left space between the picture and the writing. The brightest colour is in the middle (blue) and all the other once that don't stand out as much are on the sides. The name of the element of design is on the right down side of the image (in balck) so that you see what it is right away.
